Here’s an example of a VERY edgy ad. The concept and execution are super simple but it’s the context that’s making it so intense.

I stumbled across this on Mixx and the image caught me immediately. Both Hitler and Chaplin are so recognizable that most people immediately recognize their most noticeable features. I didn’t realize it was an advertisement for a hat maker until long after staring at it and the details.
