Now, I’m not usually one to post nude or semi-nude photos — or celebrity photos for that matter — but this image is incredible.

I think the biggest problem with making a come back with this sort of imagery is the backlash. The nudity is perceived as Lindsay using sex to get back into the spotlight and the fact it’s based on Marilyn’s last nude photo shoot also creates a stir.

Myself, I think it’s a beautiful image of a beautiful, young woman going through some tough life decisions like all of us have and are. There are photos in this set that really do make her look like Marilyn and I think there absolutely is merit for these photos.

So, congrats New York Fashion magazine and Lindsay for taking a risk like this. No matter your mistakes in life you deserve a second chance. What young person doesn’t screw up repeatedly and, often times, in major ways? Good luck and get back to doing what makes you happy.
